Jaffar Tonda is the Founder & Director of Mugavu Properties, where he leads the company's investment strategy, land acquisition, project development and capital structuring — from concept through to delivery. He built Mugavu to create well-planned residential communities and investment opportunities that help people Own. Earn. Grow.
His career spans global finance and advisory. He previously served as an Associate in Transaction Advisory Services at EY in Boston and as a Corporate Treasury Intern at Morgan Stanley in New York — experience he now channels into building well-structured, accessible property investments back home in Uganda.
